    I am responsible for organizing the back office, and managing the marketing activity of Roar. I work with a great team (3 people), and together we are the heartland of the Roar Sales (170+ people).

    What I am proud of:

    • I created a brand new, modern website for the Roar brand. The main focus were on mobile first design, UX and SEO.
    • I built up effective lead generation structure and campaigns (Google and Facebook) and collected thousands of valuable leads.
    • I launched a SEO optimized blog, and reached the top 3 organic places with more than 90 relevant keywords.
    • I launched a unique, professional vlog on YouTube focusing on everyday finances.
    • I brought a new approach to social media management, focusing on increase of the user interaction.
    • Other branches or divisions in Generali often asked me to take part in projects related to webpage design, or online presence planning.

  • Marketing Specialist

    My main task was to support the launch process of a new brand called Experis. It included the organization of the launching event, the project management of the job board and additionally creating and adapting the print and digital marketing materials. I was in charge of managing the whole marketing budget for the brand.

    I proposed the expansion of ManpowerGroup's online authority by creating several microsites and social media pages. Considering cost-effectiveness I created two web pages by myself.

    My main task was the coordination of the full offline and online marketing presence and the continous marketing support of the executive manager and sales team. 

    I managed the launching of 2 new websites and 1 webshop and 2 web-to-print (W2P) sites. In 2012 one of the W2P reached 100% growth YoY, in 2013 29% growth YoY of selling calendars during the campaigns. 

    Futhermore I was responsible for making the SEO activity and managing the Google AdWords and Facebook PPC activity. At the Printing House, I learned a lot about graphic design and the prepress process.
